In this case a Sensitivity Agreement and Waiver of Liability from a third party vendors' contracts, or restrictions will be required.

It must be signed by you and filed with Troska Adminstrative Services. This information is kept in a digital profile/folder, and backed up once a month to another hard drive. It is shared with no one other than the independent contractor(s) of Troska Administrative Services who may be working with you; on your files and projects.

Periodically, Troska Administrative Services operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance against company policies and procedures which govern the security, confidentiality, and quality of Troska Administrative Services information.

Employee Access, Training and Expectations
Troska Administrative Services business values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. In general, Troska Administrative Services business practices limit employee/contractor access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
